Important notice: We operate an email-based, human editing service. We do not offer card payments on-site and do not use Stripe for checkout. Payments, if any, are handled offline (e.g., invoice or PayPal after preview approval).

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to use the services only with content for which you have full rights and permissions. We do not permit the removal of protected “copyright management information” (CMI) or any source-protected watermark/attribution. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for suspected infringement or evasion activity.

User Accounts

If any account or portal access is provided, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials secure. We may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary for compliance.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable laws. Third‑party names and marks (e.g., platform names) are used only for descriptive purposes and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

User Content and Rights Warranty

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely to provide the requested editing services. You warrant that you have all rights and permissions to submit the content and to request the specific edits. You agree not to request removal of protected CMI or watermarks where prohibited by law or by the original rights holder’s terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates law or third‑party rights
Request removal of protected CMI or tamper with digital rights management
Submit content that you do not own or control, or without necessary permissions
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or distribute malware

Takedown and Termination

We may refuse or stop work, or suspend/terminate access, where we reasonably believe content is infringing or requests violate these Terms. We provide a good‑faith takedown process for rights holders to notify us.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid for the relevant service, if any.

We are not responsible for policy changes or enforcement actions by third‑party platforms, or for your downstream use of edited materials.

Payments and Refunds (No Stripe)

We do not provide on‑site card checkout. Where applicable, payments are handled via email‑coordinated invoice or PayPal. We support preview‑then‑pay or milestone‑based payment. If you are not satisfied with the final result, you may request a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
